Hotel Mia Cara & Spa Florence

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Mia Cara & Spa. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of food, and the location was convenient, being close to the station and a short walk to the center of Florence. our 3-night stay was great and at a reasonable cost. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again.

Everything was perfect, had a fairly nice stay for third time. Welcoming staff, I enjoyed the cosy room I booked. The breakfast was perfect and tasty, it included eggs, toast, cereals and pastries.

Had a really comfortable stay for the second time now, glad I've chosen it. Kind and polite staff as one would expect.

Convenient location near transportation and attractions, spacious and comfortable room with good Wi-Fi access, helpful staff with decent English, enjoyable breakfast buffet, strong and warm shower. 👍

It was just a short walk from the train station and also close to all the major attractions in the city. This made it easy for us to explore Florence without wasting any time.

One aspect that we didn't particularly like was the layout of the room. the bedroom and bathroom were on separate levels, which was a little inconvenient.

The staff is polite, the breakfast sensational, the ocation is fab not far from the train station, the city center and tourist attractions.

Everything was very clean, helpful staff made our stay really good. The hotel had a central location and it was an easy walk to Fratelli Alinari. The continental breakfast was savoury, had lots of options.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was close to the Santa Novella train station and all the historic attractions in the city. It was easy for us to reach from the train station and we were able to explore the main attractions with ease. Additionally, there were plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast provided was a bonus, with a variety of options including eggs, yogurt, juice, coffee, and tea. we found the hotel to be very clean and it had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.

We loved very central location so close to the center of the city, attractions and many restaurants, the train station and had a very enjoyable time. We also visited a 15th - century Dominican church.

There was some noise in the rooms facing the street, which could be a bit disruptive at times.

During our stay at Mia Cara, we were impressed by the spaciousness of our room. It provided us with plenty of space to relax and move around without feeling cramped. The bed was comfortable and we had a great sleep each night. we had a truly pleasant and enjoyable stay at Mia Cara.

This hotel is located in a great part of town, just a short walk from the train station and all the attractions in the center of Florence. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the rooms were equipped with all the basic amenities you could ask for, including air conditioning and a small extra bed. The breakfast spread had something for everyone, with a good selection of hot food and a variety of options to suit all tastes.

Traveling to Florence for a few days, I stayed at Hotel Mia Cara. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the spaciousness of the quadruple room and the friendly staff who were available at the front desk 24/7. They even allowed us to store our bags before check-in. The breakfast spread was one of the best I've seen in Europe, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The location, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, made it convenient to explore the city. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, within walking distance of the train station and historic sites. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. Clean rooms.

The room we booked for 3 beds was actually just 2 beds with an extra cot, making it crowded. the breakfast spread was the same every day, lacking variety.

The hotel was conveniently located close to all major attractions in the city. It was also near the train station, which was very good for us as we were travelling by train.

The bathroom could have been updated to provide a better experience for guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being right next to the main road and only a few meters away from the beach and restaurants. Despite this, it was very quiet. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast and reliable WiFi. The bungalows were exactly as shown in the photos - in great condition and very clean.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location on a lovely street close to the main railway station is convenient, and being in the center of the city makes exploring easy. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are all provided. The rooms on the second level are comfortable and have all the necessary facilities.

The only downside was the cramped room with an extra small bed squashed in.
